Wayne Niebroski, President of Pathways to Improvement, has a passion for making process improvement happen. As a Business Improvement Consultant with extensive experience in quality management, lean manufacturing, and employee relations, Wayne has been helping Fortune 500 companies and smaller private businesses improve their processes for over 25 years.
Wayne is an expert in Cycle Time Reduction and Problem-Solving, and has the ability to assist companies to implement rapid improvements that reduce costs and enhance profitability. He has led numerous projects that achieved significant process improvement in both the manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments. He specializes in making business processes effective, efficient, and adaptable.
Prior to founding Pathways to Improvement, Wayne was a Quality, Manufacturing, and Employee Relations executive in a Fortune 50 company. He led continuous improvement initiatives across numerous operations sites in North America, and led the design of world-class lean manufacturing applications. Wayne also worked extensively with the supplier base, providing leadership insight into business improvement for everything from small manufactured components to large IT programs for nationwide sales.
In the employee relations field, Wayne developed numerous union/management workshops and training programs that resulted in effective cost savings results and productivity improvements driven by employees on the front line. Wayne has a degree in Business Administration from Kettering University and a degree in Maritime Science from the Great Lakes Maritime Academy. He is a certified affiliate and trainer of the Resource Associates Corporation Network, and a certified affiliate and trainer of the Total Quality Institute.
